Shipping charges will be added to the price of the item/s purchased. These charges will be made at standard rates plus insurance. The customer may request a specific shipping method and the shipping charges will then be charged as per the requested method plus insurance.
Returns policy. Betty Bee will accept returned merchandise only if it is received within 10 days of the date it was delivered to you and is in the same condition as when Betty Bee sent it. Your payment, minus the cost of shipping, will be refunded to you when these conditions have been met.
